Dr. Steve Beller is a clinical psychologist, practitioner, researcher, and software inventor. His life goal is to work with others to help re-direct the course of humankind, so we don’t have to be ashamed of the world we’re leaving our children. Toward that end, He has spent the past 25 years in creative pursuits, including inventing unique software systems, writing about the healthcare crisis and cures, and developing close personal and professional bonds with fine individuals across the globe. He is currently involved in activities devoted to consumer empowerment; continuous improvement of care quality and efficiency using evolving evidence-based guidelines; international efforts to improve the health and well-being of the elderly and impoverished; establishment of cost-effective software architectures using disruptive technology; and supporting first responders and trauma department staff in disaster situation.

Mr. William F. Griffiths has over 30 years of international experience in successive leadership roles with companies like Chelton Satcom Inc, and Cobham Group. His experience ranges from product life cycle management of high technology electromechanical devices to coaching of executives and from management systems to corporate wide deployment of continuous improvement strategies.
William has successfully implemented ISO 90001:2000 and AS 9100 from ground zero and is well known for his knowledge of audits, compliance, and regulatory bodies.
Mr. Griffith has worked with major companies such as Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream, Rockwell Collins, and others to develop and implement a robust supply chain management system with demonstrated savings.
Mr. Griffith enjoys working with businesses and young entrepreneurs in helping them achieve robust business growth through improvement in process and people competencies.

Dr. R.K. “ravi” Pandey is a strategist, business performance specialist, speaker, published author and patent holder. Currently he serves as President of BIPRO Inc., a business consulting company with services in finance, operations, engineering, strategy, and healthcare. Prior to this, he led sustaining engineering for Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies.
Dr. Pandey has experience in working with fortune companies like GE and Siemens. Ravi’s experience includes development of global footprint, business restructuring, creation of global engineering teams, turn around of supply chain performance, streamlining of engineering and order-to-cash operations. He has been credited for successfully introducing Design for Six Sigma and Risk Management in Fortune 50 companies. Ravi also has managed and participated in the successful launch of several products.
Ravi has experience with cultures around the world from places such as South-East Asia, Middle East, Europe, North America and Latin countries. His business experience includes entertainment, energy, education, security, insurance, automotive, consumer products, building and construction, aviation, medical, IT, and healthcare industries.
Ravi attended one of the premier engineering schools in India. He subsequently came to USA and finished his Ph.D. in engineering from Purdue University, and is listed in “Who’s Who in the World” and “Who’s Who in Science and Engineering.”
He currently advises several companies and publishes an online journal “The Healthcare Transformation”.

Ash Singh is an entrepreneur, business owner and
management consultant. He brings over 20 years of
experience in the area of operations, strategy, and
investment research. His experience ranges from
investment research, mining industry, oil & gas, gold
and silver commodities, transportation, cleaning business to
strategic consulting and project management. He has
interviewed and advised executive management of companies
such as Gold Corp, Agnico Eagle Mines, West Hawk Development
Corp, etc covering the areas of oil and gas, mining,
transportation, and precious commodities.
In
addition to his financial skills, Ash is expert in
operational reengineering and regulatory issues. He
holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business of York
University and currently lives with his family in Ontario,
Canada.
