Healthcare Solutions group works with healthcare organization to improve the quality of care while reducing the cost, errors, and improving the asset utilization. The group also is responsible for performing pre-ERP assessment of the facilities, prepare the organization for ERP implementation, and manages the implementation on behalf of the organization to successful conclusion.
The Vice President of Healthcare Solutions plays a key role in the global growth of the healthcare segment of the business as well as ensures high quality solution delivery. The responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic leadership in all business segments internationally, and lead the strategy development and execution for the healthcare solution group.
- Program manage all the group projects.
- Vice President, Healthcare Solution is responsible for profit and loss of the segment.
- Identify and acquire partnership opportunities with VP of Business Development, manage the improvement and implementation team to rapid completion of project.
- Recruit world-class resource pool and provide them world-class leadership and coaching.
- Develop client relationships. Increase revenue.
- Forecast resource needs, revenues, and manage the team to super ROI.
- Guide the leadership in defining annual revenue objectives, overall business strategy, and in implementation.
- Establish BIPRO as the major brand in healthcare business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Healthcare, or Business Administration, and a minimum of 5 years experience in business process design or transformation, AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare industry.
- Proven deal leadership skills with track record of delivering world-class solution.
- Demonstrated experience in people development.
- Prior contacts and contract with healthcare industry with credibility to sustain and grow the relationship in private and government sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of English language (Oral and written)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and is not afraid of executing the project by him/herself.
- Respects diversity, globalization, teamwork, and has high level of energy, ethics, entrepreneurship, and spiritual strength.
- You must be willing to submit to background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
- You must be willing to pass drug test
- You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
