The Vice President of Business Development plays a key role in the global growth of the organization.  The responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic leadership in all business segments internationally.
• Establish new relationship with clients in major industries and government organizations.
• Guide the leadership in defining annual revenue objectives, resource planning to support the objectives.
• Build the business brand name.
• Work closely with solution providers to ensure that customer needs are being addressed in a timely fashion.
• Analyze international trends, identify new opportunities, and avail them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Engineering, Healthcare, or Business Administration, and a minimum of 3 years experience in business process design or transformation, AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Proven deal leadership skills with track record of successful closed deals.
• Demonstrated experience in market analysis and increasing sales revenue.
• Ability to foresee market conditions and react quickly to take advantage of the change.
• Knowledge of government processes and established prior credibility conducive to creating partnership.
• Strong working knowledge of English language (Oral and written)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Respects diversity, globalization, teamwork, and has high level of energy, ethics, entrepreneurship, and spiritual strength.
• You must be willing to submit to background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
• You must be willing to pass drug test
